Apart from its contribution to a balanced diet it has medical effects for the body. If you have high blood pressure you boil it and take the water; also, if you have stomach problems this water helps. You can make tea of the Moringa powder or you can add it into your light soup. People also use it for soap making and as an ingredient of their pomade but I do not know more about this usage...enjoy.
